The only way to join the JAG corps is to join the navy as a legalman. I would say to get your bachelors degree and go in as an officer.

I would say that the right approach is to use the search function at USAJobs. I put in “paralegal” in the job field and Washington DC in the location field and came up with several hits. I don’t know specifically if the JAG uses USAJobs for civilian hiring but I would bet they do since I am pretty sure it is “DoD Standard.”
Try searching on paralegal and any other job title (legal assistant, legal aid maybe?) and include the city where you want to work. And consider getting in whatever agency you can (whether it is the Department of Justice, other DoD agencies or whatever) in your desired city location, then try to change to the specific JAG office you are interested in. Focus on DoD at first because a lot of times, jobs will be announced DoD wide or for all DoD or all federal activities within a certain region.
Good luck.

Edit – clarify if you would – are you looking for a civilian job or something in uniform?
Your best bet is to go talk to an Army Recruiter. As long as you qualify, good asvab score, you can get training as a paralegal gauranteed.
